Every medical report your family has, in one locked place
End-to-end encrypted with your PIN. Reports, medicines, vitals, appointments — for everyone at home.
What it does
Encrypted with your PIN — genuinely
Everything you type is encrypted on your own device with a key derived from your PIN before it is stored. Calenote's servers hold scrambled data and nothing else. Nobody at Calenote can read your family's medical history.
A profile for everyone at home
You, your mother, your father, your children — each with their own records, medicines and appointments, plus a family overview showing where everyone stands.
Reports by photo
Photograph a lab report the moment you get it. Records are filed by date, hospital and category — blood test, imaging, prescription, vaccination — with thumbnails that stay blurred until you tap them.
Vitals with trends
Log blood pressure, sugar and weight, and see a simple trend line. A number is data; a line is information.
Medicine reminders and daily ticks
Add a medicine with its dose and time, set a daily reminder, and tick it off each day — so 'did Ama take her tablet?' has an answer.
Appointments and checkup nudges
Record appointments with hospital, doctor and reason, get a morning-of reminder, and set a checkup interval so the app nudges you when a routine checkup is overdue — even when nothing is scheduled.
An emergency card
Blood group, allergies, conditions — pinned at the top of each person's page, where you can find it in the thirty seconds when it matters.
Getting started
Three steps. Nothing to configure.
- 1
Open the dashboard, choose 🩺 Health, and create your vault PIN. Write it down somewhere safe — it cannot be recovered.
- 2
Add a profile for each family member and fill in the emergency card: blood group, allergies, conditions.
- 3
From then on, photograph each report as you receive it, log medicines and appointments, and let the reminders do the remembering.
Why it's worth it
The report is never with you when you need it
Old reports live in plastic folders at home. Doctors ask for them at the hospital. A phone-sized copy of everything solves a problem every Nepali family knows.
Family health is usually one person's memory
Usually one person in the house knows everyone's medicines and checkup dates. That is fragile. This makes it shared and durable.
Privacy that is real, not promised
Health data is the most sensitive data most people own. Encryption on your device with a key we never see is a stronger promise than any privacy policy sentence.
Health Records Vault — frequently asked questions
The things people actually ask before signing up.
Is my health data really private?
Yes. The vault is end-to-end encrypted: a key is derived from your PIN on your own device and everything is encrypted before it leaves. Calenote stores only the encrypted result and cannot read your records.
What happens if I forget my health vault PIN?
The vault cannot be recovered. That is the direct consequence of true end-to-end encryption — because we cannot read your data, we also cannot reset your PIN. Write it down somewhere safe when you set it up.
Can I store reports for my whole family?
Yes. Create a profile for each family member. Each has their own records, vitals, medicines, appointments and emergency card, with one overview showing everyone at a glance.
Can I upload a photo of a lab report?
Yes. Photograph reports with your phone or upload a PDF. They are filed by date, hospital and category, and thumbnails stay blurred until tapped so nothing is exposed on a shared screen.
Does it remind me to take medicine?
Yes. Add a medicine with its dose and time and set a daily reminder. Each day you can tick it off, so you always know whether today's dose was taken.
Can it remind me about routine checkups?
Yes. Set a checkup interval — for example every six months — and the app flags when someone is overdue, even if no appointment has been booked.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. You can export a readable copy of your vault at any time from your own device.
Health Records Vault is free. So is everything else.
One account gives you the Nepali calendar, notes, reminders and every dashboard tool — with no ads and nothing sold to advertisers.
