Exam Countdown

How many days are actually left — and how many study hours that really means. Share it with your class in one tap.

set a date below

Enter the date from your own admit card or the official notice. Board and entrance dates in Nepal are revised more often than anyone would like, so check the exam body's own announcement rather than relying on a date someone forwarded you.

Knowing the days left is the easy part.

A free account turns the number into a plan: syllabus coverage per subject, a “study these first” list that weighs how near the exam is against how little you have covered, revision reminders on the Nepali calendar, past questions by year, and a focus timer that logs which subject you actually studied.

Exam countdown — frequently asked questions

How many days are left until my exam?

Enter your exam name and the date from your admit card or the official notice, and the countdown shows the days remaining, roughly how many weeks that is, and an estimate of available study hours at two focused hours a day. It updates itself each day you open it.

Can I share the countdown with my friends?

Yes, in one tap. The exam name and date are carried inside the link itself, so anyone who opens it sees the same countdown immediately — useful for a class group on WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram. Nothing is stored on a server and nobody needs an account.

When is the IOE entrance exam?

This tool does not publish exam dates, and you should be careful with any site that does. IOE, NEB, TU and KU dates are revised more often than students expect, and a forwarded screenshot is often out of date. Take the date from the exam body's own notice or your admit card, then enter it here.

Do I need an account to use this?

No. The countdown works with no sign-up at all. A free Calenote account adds the study planner around it: syllabus coverage per subject, revision reminders on the Nepali calendar, past-question tracking and a focus timer that logs which subject you actually studied.

Will it work if I close the tab?

Yes. Your countdown is remembered in this browser, so it is still there when you come back. If you shared the link, that link keeps working on its own regardless of your browser.

Can I track more than one exam?

This page holds one countdown at a time, which is deliberate — it is meant to answer one question at a glance. For a full exam calendar with several subjects, attempts, syllabus coverage and revision scheduling, the study planner in a free account handles all of them together.
